Ingredients:
- 3 cups cake flour
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilia
- 2 tsp. sour cream contain a minimum of 18% butterfat
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups berry
- 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 392°F.
- Cream butter, sugar with electric mixer, next add eggs, vanilla and sour cream and mix well.
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add flour mixture to batter.
- Spread 1/3 the batter to smooth the top.
- Rest of the batter spread into the prepared pan
- Next spread berries (drained) on top of batter.
- Cover berries with remaining better and bake for 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out dry and cake is golden brown.
