Apple Pie - a recipe for delicious apple pie



I think You would agree with me that delicious apples are eaten with relish by all.
Although they are most delicious freshly harvested, also taste great when you add
them to other meals.
In particular,  increase the acidity of the dough in  yeast cake , shortcrust pastry and others..
Roasted meats such as duck, goose, pork are more noble and even royal.
It enriches all salads

Today we use the apple to prepare apple pie.


Ingredients:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 250 g of butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 level teaspoons baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • grated lemon peel
  • 10 apples
  • fat to form
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar into the foam

For the apples:

  • juice of one lemon
  • 2-3 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar (if apples are sweet enough to 1/3 cup)
  • 1 vanilla sugar

Directions:

1. First peel the apples and grate on a coarse grater, put into a pot and roast for 10 minutes. Then add the sugar, vanilla sugar, bread crumbs, lemon juice and cinnamon, mix well and set aside to cool.

2. Sift flour on pastry board, add the butter chop with a knife,  sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, egg yolks, cream, lemon zest and abraded with a pinch of salt. Quickly knead dough, and 1/3 insert into the freezer, next the remaining two thirds leave at 1/2 hours in refrigerator.

3. Next mix the 3 egg whites, 3 tablespoons sugar, pinch of salt and whisk egg.

4.  Spread form of fat and put 2/3 of dough. Arrange apples on top and then the egg foam. The rest of the dough on a coarse grater grate directly on the foam. Bake about 60 minutes at 180 °C/ 356°F
